Consent to Personal Data Processing

By submitting a form, I freely and knowingly consent to the processing of the information I provide for the purpose described on that form, including review of my membership, partnership, acquisition, development, or construction inquiry.
Information covered
This consent covers contact details, professional information, property or project context, form responses, and information I later provide in correspondence or an introductory meeting.
Permitted processing
Collection, recording, organization, storage, correction, use, retrieval, limited transfer to approved infrastructure and communications providers, restriction, anonymization, and deletion.
Purpose and duration
Processing is limited to reviewing the request, communicating with me, assessing mutual fit, preventing abuse, and, if the request proceeds, preparing the relevant relationship or access. Consent remains effective until the purpose is fulfilled or I withdraw it, unless applicable law permits or requires continued limited retention.
Withdrawal
I may withdraw consent through the contact used in correspondence about my request. I will provide enough information to identify the relevant submission. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully completed before it was received.
